Little Artist Workshops

Little Artist Workshops are designed for our littlest artists (ages 4-6). Each workshop will highlight a children’s story and an art project that goes along with it. Sign up for just one or for all of them- each one is unique and different! Caregivers can chose to stay with their artist or drop them off for the hour.

    July 8- The Tiny Seed

    We’ll read about the importance of one tiny seed and create beautifully colorful collaged flowerpots!

    July 15- In the Tall Tall Grass

    We’ll learn about the ecosystems that exist in the tall grass, and create our own version of them!

    Artists will meet a one-of-a-kind patch work elephant and then create our own!

Art Attack Workshops

Art Attack Workshops are designed to introduce artists (ages 7-10) to a variety of different art mediums. Sign up for just one or for all of them- each one is unique and different! Caregivers can choose to stay with their artist or drop them off.

    July 10- Meet the Masters: Kandinsky

    Artists will learn about Kandinsky and work with oil pastels and watercolors to create wax resist paintings of concentric circles in a square.

    July 17- Contemporary Portraiture

    Artists will learn about contemporary portrait artist Kehinde Wiley, and create self-portraits in his style.

    July 24- Found Art Sculpture

    Each artist will create their own abstract sculpture using found and recycled materials.
